During the Onboarding Session we will talk about your wishes and needs, how I can help you and set expectations for the Coaching Session(s).

There will be some homework tasks during each session, so you can immediately go and use the knowledge you gained. 

Rest assured, your homework is simple and only takes about 30 minutes to complete.

Most of the content and teaching will happen during the actual session. It will be a very content-packed Coaching.

Hy my Name is @maikroservice or Dr. Maik Rosenheinrich - I started in Tech in 2006 and ever since have been involved in Technical Consulting and Management. I have built up Companies from scratch and also managed and developed up to 50 people directly at one point in my career.

But... I always had the Hands-on Bug inside of me though so I decided to switch and go full throttle into Hands-on Ethical Hacking and defending of Networks.

Now, I work as a Team Lead & Principal Consultant Cyber Security and produce Content on Social Media so that others can have what I did not, a path forward and someone to be with them during their journey.

All the things you learn during the Coaching are hands-on experience I have made over the years and have seen others use effectively. They are aggregated knowledge from switching Industries and going from the Blue-Team Side into the Offensive Corner.

I am a Purple Teamer and as such I focus on making sure that people understand Purple Teaming is the future and the only way Security will work long-term. This knowledge will set you up for years to come and give you all the tools you need to have a successful career in Cyber Security.

Oh and I also have two dogs that I love to death + a loving and supporting family that keeps me pointed in the right direction.
